Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Organon’s goal has been to protect employees – and to safeguard the patients and communities we serve. This remains our top priority.

Consistent with President Biden’s COVID-19 Action Plan, all United States employees will be required to establish that they have been fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine authorized or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) by November 24, 2021 to the extent permitted by law (unless they have obtained an approved exemption as an accommodation for medical or religious related reasons).

Outside of the United States, Organon will follow appropriate measures depending upon the circumstances within each country or jurisdiction as recommended by the appropriate authorities.
