Ana Álvarez

Customer Engagement and Digital Excellence (cEDGE) Market Lead, Organon Canada and Spain

Ana Álvarez was appointed Customer Engagement and Digital Excellence (cEDGE) Market Lead for Organon Canada and Organon Spain in September 2025. In this role, part of the Digital & Commercial Strategy (DCS) organization, Ana will serve as a single point of accountability in Canada for execution, integration, adoption, and business value measurement of customer engagement and digital capabilities.

Ana joins the leadership team with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Organon, Ana spent more than nine years at an international biopharmaceutical company, where she held leadership roles in Commercial Strategy and Operations, Business Insight and Analytics, and Market Access. Her work contributed to shaping global strategies and driving performance across key therapeutic areas.  

Ana began her career in consulting, working with a leading solutions and global professional services company, a management consulting and technology firm, and a world leader that specializes in data, technology, advanced analytics and human expertise. In these roles, she led commercial strategy projects for top pharmaceutical companies, helping them navigate complex market dynamics and unlock new opportunities.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Ana holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
