Catherine Brown

Catherine serves as the Director of Business Practices and Privacy Officer, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex inherent risks while fostering solutions to drive business growth and simplify processes. She is adept at tailoring corporate policies to local needs and oversees the privacy program. Catherine provides guidance and training to colleagues to help ensure that the organization’s practices adhere to high ethical standards.

Before assuming her current position, Catherine dedicated 15 years to the Pharmaceutical Industry, where she held various roles in Operational Excellence, Learning & Development, Demand Planning, Strategy Realization, Patient Programs, and Chief of Staff. Her career began in the aerospace sector, another highly regulated industry, with roles in Pricing, Procurement, Sourcing, and Project Management, where she earned her certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Administrative Management from Concordia University. Beyond her professional achievements, she and her husband are proud parents of two daughters. Together, they share a passion for travel, exploring new countries while engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and kayaking.
