Executive Director, Biosimilars – Biologics

Isabel Deslongchamps is Executive Director, Commercial – Biosimilars & Biologics at Organon Canada. She is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and growth of the company’s biosimilars and biologics portfolio, driving results across complex, institutionally driven markets, and reinforcing Organon’s position as a trusted biosimilars partner.

Since joining Organon as a founding leader, Isabel has held senior roles across commercial leadership and business development. Most recently, she served as Business Development Integration Lead, where she was responsible for the successful integration of strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Previously, she led the Oncology Biosimilars business, where she established and launched a national commercial organization to support long-term portfolio growth.

Prior to Organon, Isabel held leadership roles at Merck Canada in marketing, sales, and commercial operations. During her tenure, she led multiple specialty product launches, drove strong business performance, and built high-performing teams. With over 25 years of experience across multiple therapeutic areas, Isabel is recognized for her strategic leadership, strong execution, and ability to scale organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaco-economics (Epidemiology) from Université Laval and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Université du Québec à Montréal.
