Lisa Li, Medical Director at Organon Canada, leads the Medical Affairs team of Medical Advisors, Medical Science Liaisons and Medical Services. The team delivers value-added medical affairs activities in partnership with healthcare experts and through collaboration with cross-functional teams. They work closely with stakeholders to understand clinical and scientific insights, answer medical information requests, develop innovative medical education tools and initiatives and fulfill data gaps through local data generation.

With over a decade of experience in Medical Affairs, Lisa is passionate about maximizing the value of Medical Affairs and fostering cross-functional collaboration within organizations. She began her journey at Organon as a Medical Advisor for Women’s Health and later transitioned to being a Medical Advisor for Dermatology. Prior to joining Organon, she held various roles in Medical Services, as a Medical Science Liaison and Senior Medical Manager supporting products across primary care, specialty, and oncology through their launches and lifecycle management. She is an experienced community pharmacist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toronto.

Lisa lives with her partner and two children in Toronto, Canada. She enjoys staying active by rock climbing, yoga/pilates, and traveling the world with her family and friends.
