Litsa Spiridonakos

Director of Human Resources

Litsa Spiridonakos is the Head of Human Resources for Organon Canada, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading people strategies that enable high performance, engagement, and inclusive cultures. Her career spans telecommunications, professional services, and life sciences industries, where she has partnered with leaders to support growth and organizational transformation.

Since Organon’s launch, Litsa has played a key role in shaping the Canadian organization, supporting a period of significant growth while consistently exceeding industry benchmarks for employee engagement. A strong advocate for equity and inclusion, she has been actively involved in sponsoring the HER Employee Resource Group, driven by the belief that advancing women’s representation and leadership is critical to organizational performance, innovation, and long‑term sustainability.

Litsa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia University, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Outside of work, she values time with her family, which provides perspective and balance and informs her authentic approach to leadership.
