Organon may verify the information in an appropriate manner and is free to refuse registration without providing a reason.

The Organon newsletter contains information from specific areas of expertise and other current healthcare information, like the latest research and educational opportunities. The newsletter also contains information about Organon and their various products. The information is intended for the person to whom it is addressed.

Organon sends the newsletter to the addressee by email. The user has no right to this service. Organon reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the delivery of the newsletter at any time without providing notice thereof. Organon itself does not know the password and is not able to access it. Your account is non-transferable. Organon will assist law enforcement authorities and follow court orders requiring Organon to disclose the identity of any person who may have engaged in criminal activity associated with Organon online services.
