Jennifer Halchak
Head of Investor Relations
Jen works to ensure the highest levels of integrity, transparency, and accountability as she directs Organon’s investor relations strategy and helps lead interactions with shareholders and the financial community.
She joined Organon with 25 years of experience in capital markets across several companies and industries, with leadership roles in equity sales, credit analysis and investor relations. Previously, she served as senior director of investor relations for IQVIA. She held other senior roles in investor relations at Pinnacle Foods, Realogy Holdings, Fitch Ratings, Verso Technologies and Melita International, where she led the IR function for the newly public company. She brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and change management. She has twice led investor relations programs ranked as best in their class by Institutional Investor magazine.
Jen has a B.S. in finance from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute’s (NIRI) Senior Roundtable.
