As president for the LAMERA region, Mazen aims to unleash the promise of Organon’s diverse and trusted portfolio across women’s health and other important therapeutic areas.
Mazen has more than 20 years of experience spanning across key markets in Eastern Europe and Organon’s LAMERA region. Before assuming leadership of LAMERA, he held several positions, including Chief Marketing Officer for Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Gulf Managing Director, and Associate Vice President of MSD Gulf Cooperative Council (GCC), leading the human health commercial business across the GCC. He was also the chairman of the Pharma Association in the Gulf Region (PhRMAG).
Mazen has a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science from King Saud University and an M.B.A. from the University of Leicester.
