Rachel leads business technology, driving digital capabilities across all aspects of Organon’s strategy to build value for the company’s offerings and customers.
Rachel joined Organon with two decades of global technology experience in the healthcare industry and a passion for bringing new medicines and solutions to patients in need. Most recently, she served as CIO at Allergan plc. Previously, she held CIO positions at Syneos Health, inVentiv Health and Optimer Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in her career, she held senior technology roles at Pfizer, Inc.
Rachel has an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
