Advancing the Health of Women Requires A Global Team Approach
March 24, 2025

Organon is committed to creating a brighter future for women, and we know this requires a global team approach. Our Founders around the globe have been working to spread education and access around contraception and health areas that affect women uniquely, differently, and disproportionately. These campaigns raised awareness in creative ways and delivered real-world impact for a healthier and more informed every day.
Learn from the highlights below:
Organon META: Mis[s]Diagnosed

In the META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) region, Organon founders ignited this award-winning campaign to bring attention to medical gaslighting and misdiagnosis of conditions, including heart attack and stroke. The campaign was inspired by stories of real patient experiences of women who had symptoms that were dismissed, misdiagnosis serious conditions.
The campaign’s call to action raises awareness of the frequency of medical gaslighting, especially in women, and how women can commit to advocating for themselves and their health to receive the care they need to live a healthier every day.
Organon Korea: #WalkForHerHealth
Founders in Organon Korea kicked off their #WalkForHerHealth public awareness campaign with a walk along the path of Gyeongbokgung. They walked in support of women’s health and expanded awareness through activations at the 2024 Women’s Marathon Festival in Seoul.

Organon Italy: La Nostra Voce

Organon Italy’s Her Health, Her Voice campaign brought attention to common perceptions of women and women’s health viewed through untrue stereotypes. The campaign emphasizes that every woman has her own story and to help them tell their stories, the Organon Italy team brought #LaNostraVoce community to life. A digital education program that gives every woman a platform to share their experiences with others.
Organon South Africa: The Pink Couch
An engaging podcast and YouTube channel discussing all things sexual and reproductive health, Organon South Africa’s The Pink Couch creates a space for people to discover, learn and be empowered through sexual health education. Each episode tackles different aspects of sexual reproductive health, with different experts joining in the conversation.

The podcast aims to normalize these types of conversations that can sometimes be seen as “taboo,” while keeping them fun and educational.

Organon Brazil: A Decision of This Size

Launched during the National Week of Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, Organon Brazil’s larger than life baby bottle and pacifier activation turned heads while raising awareness of how it is a giant decision to have a child. The billboard featured a QR-code sharing more information on how to take care of yourself and your health so women can have the resources they need to decide if and when it is the right time to have a child.
