Inclusion, innovation, and belonging

  • We believe that belonging is a business imperative.

Inclusion, innovation, belonging are at the core of who we are. We aspire to be a company where all employees feel they belong so they can be engaged and empowered to share new ideas, diverse perspectives, and be their authentic selves in the workplace.

We are committed to creating a brighter future for women, and we know this requires a global team approach. Our Founders around the globe have been working to spread education and access around contraception and health areas that affect women uniquely, differently, and disproportionately.

  • We all belong

We recognize inclusion, innovation, and belonging as essential to fostering an environment where everyone has a voice and feels valued.

A sense of belonging

Belonging is a basic human need.

Belonging is when you can find acceptance within a community, without having to change who you are.
When you feel connected to others, especially during painful times, you know that you are not alone.

Belonging improves motivation, happiness, productivity and health. If we believe in health, we must believe in and aspire to belonging.

Mission statement

Leading the way in workplace culture and belonging

The Global Belonging Council was established to champion the culture of inclusion, innovation, and belonging at Organon.

The council fosters an authentic connection between our company mission, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), local initiatives, and the behaviors we expect from all employees to activate belonging across the organization.

Through this commitment, the council helps create an environment where every employee feels valued, connected, and empowered to contribute to our shared success.

Employee Resource Groups

Organon has 10 employee-led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) representing the global community of our employees. They foster culture of belonging by bringing together shared identities and experiences and cultivating allyship across the organization.

Organon’s ERGs are open to all employees, supporting growth and development while also creating opportunities in recruitment, retention, marketing, branding, training, networking, and business development.
